Thank you for shopping at Mushroom Fae Crochet! I strive to provide quality handmade crochet items crafted with care and attention to detail! However, I understand that sometimes unforeseen issues may arise. Please read the return policy below for guidance on returning items.
Returns Eligibility:
- I accept return requests within 3 days of the tracked delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless the item is incorrect due to an error of the artist.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Material costs are non-refundable
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please fill out the Google Return Form within the return period specified above.
- Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, a downloadable shipping label will be sent to the provided email.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged with all original packaging and materials included.
- If you are exchanging an item, please only ship the item you are exchanging.
Refund/Exchange:
- Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the exact approved percentage of your refund.
- If approved, I will process the refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take some time to process, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was picked and needs to be replaced with the correct item.
- To initiate an exchange, please fill out the Return Form immediately.
- Please provide your order number and specify the incorrect item received and the correct item you require.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately upon receipt.
- I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it involves issuing a refund, exchanging for a replacement, or arranging for repairs!
