Communticaiton and Design Approval:

Clear communication is vital for bringing your custom order to life! Here's how the process works:

Submit a Custom Order Form: Begin by filling out the Custom Order Form , where you can specify your preferences, including colors, sizes, and any other specifications you desire.
Design Approval: Based on the information provided in your custom form, I'll provide a detailed description or sketch for your approval, ensuring we're aligned on every detail.
Progress Updates: Throughout the crafting process, I'll provide timely updates on the progress of your order and promptly address any questions or concerns you may have.

Safety Considerations:

For the safety of your loved ones, please be advised that safety eyes are not suitable for small children. If you require accommodations or alternative options, please let me know, and I'll seamlessly incorporate them into your creation.

Minimum Fee:

All custom orders have a minimum non-refundable fee of $35. This fee covers initial design consultations and time spent on your customization.

Payment Plan:

Custom orders may be eligible for a payment plan option to accommodate your budget. Here's how it works:
Minimum Deposit: Upon confirmation of your custom order, a non-refundable deposit of $35, representing the minimum fee, is required upfront to secure your spot in my production queue.
Payment Completion: The full remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. You will receive a PayPal invoice reflecting the total amount due, including the deposit and remaining balance. This invoice will allow you to make a flexible payments, including the minimum deposit, or pay the full amount upfront.
Automatic Order Cancellation: Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of the invoice date will result in automatic order cancellation.
Commencement of Work: Work on your custom order will commence only after the full invoice payment is received and processed. Please note that production will begin once the invoice is paid in full. 

Materials:

I take pride in sourcing high-quality materials for all of my creations. If you have any specific material preferences or sensitivities, please let me know, and I'll ensure your custom creation is crafted with the utmost care.

Production Time:

Each handcrafted item requires time and attention to detail. The production time for custom orders vary depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload. Every piece is crafted with dedication and precision, and takes approximately 15 business days to complete and ship out.

Quality Assurance:

I am dedicated to delivering high-quality products. Before shipment, each custom order undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets my standards and your expectations. Pictures of your completed order will be emailed to you for approval before shipment to ensure everything is just as you envisioned.

Shipping:

I utilize USPS and UPS as carriers for shipping within the US and Canada. The shipping cost is automatically included in your total invoice. Additionally, you'll receive automatic email updates with tracking information once your order is shipped

Cancellation Policy: 

Once you have paid the minimum payment you have started the custom order policy, and no cancellation requests are accepted at that point. 

Returns: 

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is flawed due to an error on my part. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me immediately within receiving your package, and I will resolve the issue.

Photography Marketing:

Completed custom orders are photographed and used for marketing purposes on my website, social media, or other promotional materials. Please feel free to email at [email protected]  or tag me me @lyric_creates in any photos of your adventures for a chance to be featured!

Privacy Policy: 

Any personal information provided during the custom order process will be kept confidential and used solely for order fulfillment purposes.
